Each holiday home comes with electricity, water and gas already installed. Each home also comes with timber decking and all have their own dedicated parking area. We can even help furnish your new home to your specification.
The site fees annually are £2,200. These fees include all local rates, water, waste water and also the maintenance of the grounds. The only other expenses for each home would be the individual usage of gas and electricity. Electric is charged per unit as standard rate and the gas bottles are £85 per 47kg bottle.
