Designed with ‘togetherness’ in mind, the open-plan kitchen-diner creates a cosy, intimate space for families to socialise. The theme continues into the front lounge, where a large sofa offers the perfect space for your whole family to recline and relax together. Moreover, we’ve included a freestanding sofa and TV points on both sides to create our first adaptable lounge layout. This move allows you to seize the best view from your home plot when relaxing on the sofa.

The new Moselle promises an escape to the country or Scandinavia with the choice of two interior design schemes. The Scandinavian soft furnishing scheme is an on-trend design, inspired by minimal and sleek lines, with ‘pops’ of matt black features that contrast with the overall light grey materials and hard finishes. While the alternative soft furnishing scheme, Country Cottage, presents a modern take on a traditional farmhouse, with brass and wooden features that evoke a feeling of calm and comfort.

Mappleton beach is a few minutes walk from the park and there is easy access to clean and sandy beaches popular with families and dog walkers alike.
