- Place a deposit on your new park home
- We will arrange for a local estate agent to provide the market value for your home
- We will then put in an offer for the property to determine how much we will purchase your property for
- Once agreed, you can move into your new home when contracts have been agreed, signed and the home is set up on the park
Park Home Investments
At Burnbank Residential Park, we allow you to use your lodge as a unique holiday investment, enabling you to receive a rental income from our letting scheme. This can be a great way to own a beautiful new lodge, even if you're not ready to use it as your full-time home just yet.
