This can be a term used for both leisure and residential properties but is typically used more for residential.
Can I live on a 12-month park?
A 12-month park refers to a park being open for 12 months of the year. This does not mean the park is for residential use. Leisure parks are typically open for around 9-11 months, this makes a 12-month park attractive to buyers.
Can I get a mortgage for a park home?
Unfortunately, park homes are not mortgageable. Loans and finance options are available from major lenders and larger independent finance houses.
What bills do I have to pay?
